About Tim Jones

Originally from the UK, Tim has recently moved to Toronto, Canada to pursue his creative Internet and Marketing work and to expand his career into the entertainment and music industry.

As a professional executive and technology specialist, Tim has a wide breadth of knowledge in many computer related fields. He has been professionally working within the field of computers and technology since 1985 and is proud to have worked for himself in various self-employed businesses.

Tim is an experienced entrepreneurial Internet / New Media developer / Producer and Microsoft dotNET (ASP.NET) web programmer specializing in creative marketing using the latest technology. He possess a University Degree BA.(Hon's) in Business Enterprise, and has a solid business, commercial and technological background.

As both Strategist and Visionary, he does the planning, figures out the ''how'' of doing things, making sure all the steps are in place and everything gets done on time and within scope.

He has extensive ‘hands-on’ use of computer related software and information systems to provide the technical skills required for successful project implementation and delivery to market. He also has full experience in all areas of online Internet media production from concept, design, project management, marketing, through to promotional strategies.

EXPERIENCE

Whilst in the UK, he was company owner and Director of two Internet Hosting and Marketing companies which focusing on Microsoft NT IIS5 web hosting for advanced Internet using ASP, XML, SQL and dot-NET solutions.

He has provided businesses with a diverse range of technology research solution focusing on the development and deployment of Internet web-based solutions. He currently provides development and deployment of Internet web-based solutions and creative web and internet technology production focusing on Microsoft technology solutions and .NET.

His work ranges from: Portal Development, providing highly customized interactive web developments using ASP.NET programming and SQL Database, Audio/Video web presentation using Flash, New Media, cutting-edge graphic design, Multimedia Design; 3D graphics, Sound & Music design, IIS Web site Hosting, Mobile Technologies, to Project Management and Internet Marketing & Consultancy for business and individuals.

Finally, he is currently running SO OUT THERE Productions, writing original music as a writer / producer / programmer/ arranger for pop, TV & Film Music, and remix project work. The music and sound engineering is undertaken using the latest digital audio computer systems and virtual studio technology.
